Yes, yes, it’s a lot. And let’s go ahead, I’m gonna go ahead and read our definition too. So we can bring our guests up and jump into the conversation. For today, we are talking about spiritual wellness. And it allows us to be in tune with our spiritual selves. This realm of wellness lets us find meaning and life events and define our individual purpose. It can be defined through various factors, including religious faith, values, ethics, and morals, regardless of whether you believe in a particular religious faith, there is always something to be learned about how you see yourself in the world. too. And for me, this is why spiritual wellness has been so important. You know, when I realized that, oh, as a black woman, you thought I was supposed to be XYZ? Well, I thought, I believe I’m the head and not the tail. You know, I thought I’m gifted and divinely appointed. So that no, I was supposed to be behind me, you know, and I’m glad that I was raised that way. And that’s where my confidence comes from. But when I think about the categories that people may think about when they see me based on how we compartmentalize people that make sense, why it may have been difficult for people or why it was in certain situations when they thought I was supposed to be one way and I show up an apology, unapologetically, another way, it makes more sense over the years, as I’ve learned what it looks like, you know,

Well, and how that spiritual wellness weaves into all the other witnesses like occupational wellness, and I know that’s top of mind because we were just interviewing and incredible guests that we’re having come in September. Right. It’s, it is a piece, a very important piece of the wellness pie. Because we’re connecting with ourselves and our higher purpose and what we’re doing so yeah, I think I can’t wait to see what our our guest has to say today. Sata Mariah is inspired by the awakening of the Divine Feminine force that she believes we are all blessed to experience in the current Kali Yuga age. She believes the power behind this energy resides in presence, awareness and inner silence as the only active certified kukula African dance fitness instructor in Atlanta, Georgia. The only one y’all Atlanta is a big place. We got to look up our current statistics on how many people are here but one in the whole of Atlanta sorry. She shows women of all ages and backgrounds both online and offline, how to feel into their bodies. She reminds us that we are strong, safe, whole and complete as we are as we get fit and have fun. Absolutely. Yes. And I mean, as you say, just click buttons. And I think that’s what we do. You know, I try not to be too harsh on the show. So it doesn’t come off overly critical. But you know how I am with the inner ally, Christine, like, you’re gonna get all the credit, Sachi because, again, when we’re off doing other things, that is very, that’s a very important part, you know, we need both sides of it. So that’s one of my favorite parts of being connected with you. But let’s jump into spiritual wellness.

Right? Let’s talk about this. Like, we kind of put you in a lot of different categories because you are so multifaceted and bring so much wisdom into the world. And tell us like, why this is your passion. Like why do you love talking about spiritual wellness and the work you do in the world?

Thank you for that question. My body just went Ooh, thank you. Yes, I do. I love talking about spirituality. I, I am a very firm believer that an awareness of something larger and greater than us, the ocean, the sea that we are all connected to. flows and permeates through us all. It’s this luminosity is this lifeforce is this electromagnetism, and it really is that spark behind everything else. And coming back to that awareness. I’m able to look through life and use nature as an example of seasons of just cycles. And especially as women, we have our own inner cycles, right? Like our menstrual cycle, we are connected, we go through seasons, and there’s something about respecting that, you know, will say I like to go out into nature and it’s like, but your nature is your body not made of earth are you not of the destined stars? Aren’t we all. And so for me, I find a really a strong sense of power that I can connect back to when my mind wants to default to thinking it knows what’s right or wrong, I can come back to this space that I know is all is perfect. And in divine order. Every like the sun continues to rise and set it well it doesn’t even set it’s always it’s always there. You know, like the earth continues to evolve. So these are very passionate about reminding us all, especially as women that we we are powerful, we are safe, we are strong, and there’s really nothing to fear.

So I want to talk about what you just said. So you said I love how you said are you not of the dust in the stars. So it connects to both right? I think about the dust, Ashes, ashes and dust to dust. But we are cosmic beings. So I love how you talk about the light. When we talk about connecting back to that power and presence, right? That’s something that I’ve been working on a lot being where I am, you know, I’d be at work pulling food, I’m doing all this stuff. When I’m on my pillow. I’m thinking about pulling through like no, you waited all day to be here. And you’re still there, you know. So can you talk more about what you do to be present in your body? And how you see that connects to spirituality? Because before I might, I may not have made that connection that way.

Yeah, thank you. Well, first off, I’ll say I always carry the Power of Now, Eckhart Tolle, I have this book, always within an arm’s reach of me to just remind me just that visual presence, right? Be here now. That’s just one way but sitting in silence, connecting back to my essence listening to my body. You know, I taught meditation classes for quite some time. And I would often hear people all the time I don’t know how to meditate or I don’t know how to kill my ego and it’s like, oh, well, maybe that’s that’s the problem. You know, your ego has a place to Though it’s not a matter of killing it, maybe that’s maybe your ego as a part of your embodiment, feel some kind of way that you want to murder it. And like what I do to you, I’m just trying to, to help you have some things and some desire and some work.

But what we can do is create distance we can create space to recognize that I am not the ego I am we are that luminescent spark of life that is, of the sun, the stars that Earth there’s something greater that connects us. All. Right, like which, you know, we get life evidence all the time of synchronicities and beautiful like little omens, you’re like, Oh, that was a sign. I’m doing exactly what I need to do. Those things I don’t believe in coincidences. So it’s like, if I have that sort of life evidence there, why would I not hold on to that in all times, places and situations. So what I do is a lot of embodiment work coming back into my body, you know, I teach cook while African dance fitness. There’s something about African dance beats, there’s something about the drums, there’s something about grounding, we all know about earthing and getting out into the ground, you can ground your body by dancing, you know, I know you wanted to ask Christina Bell, boom, sees what’s moving your boom, see, match your core area, your core, and your hips, you know, and we all know our core supports our entire frame. So that’s already a very important thing that and women, we tend to put a lot of weight around our core and our hips, but our hips are actually our center of gravity. You know, when you look out a lot of women, they nowadays they walk with their shoulders rather than with their hips. I think that’s an aspect of, sorry, I think there’s something, there’s something to that that’s showing a reflection of we don’t even know how to be in our own bodies of what’s actual natural for us. So everything I do is coming back to the Now moment, not not beating myself up when I do get caught up in the stories because it’s going to happen, we’re training to not be that way, you know, and breathwork dancing, singing, singing, I love to just sing my affirmations and just do it in a sort of improv like, half blast, just though? Well,

I think about as you talk Sati like, that’s how we met because we met through interplay, which uses movement and story and, and breath work and voice work and, and just that embodiment piece about that. It’s, I don’t want to say should because I don’t want to shut us but you know, that to not make it a one off, like to not make it a once a month thing or, or a thing that’s a luxury, that it’s actually part of our self and community care to be doing these birthright practices like to be doing like, I was having a conversation with a colleague today about she was taking Interplay into a boardroom. And she was like, Alright, what do you think about this, because they’re not big movers. And we were talking about indigenous wisdom, that when you look at indigenous wisdom, you look at how they use dancing and drums, and shaking to x form really big stuff through their bodies, like you look at Native American dances, that they’re praying that they’re calling it in that they are, you know, in the midst of chaos in the midst of genocide in the midst of you know, they’re, they’re dancing and shaking their prayers. Right. And I think that that piece of how vital it is, in today’s Western, white dominant culture, like, gives the side eye on that, right, and it’s like, Wait a second. No. Like, these are vital practices.

Yeah. And that reminds me of still point, Christine, because before about dancing and using your body and how a lot of times if you’re academically inclined and have higher education or higher degrees, then you might be further away from the physical movement and that was definitely me. One of our guests on the show talked about how she was more in her head and she was busy she was spiritually well so today we’re talking about spiritual wellness. That’s how I was I think I was really heavy spiritually because we used to go to church for four days a week. Sometimes it’d be for go karts, it’d be for different things, but still at church, you know? So when we talk about body wisdom and being in our body, I may think about using my body at praise and worship at the stage, but I’m not thinking about letting go of tension through the ground and how that can help my emotional and mental well being that helps everything else you You know,

you both excellent, excellent examples, you’re reminding me to have them when I was studying dance in college, I took them a history of dance class, but it actually was an anthropology course it turned out to be and you realize that dance is the oldest form of storytelling. It’s our oldest form of connection and really relaying our feelings. You know, when dancing, sometimes I can end up crying, I’m processing energy, its energy in motion through my body versus holding on to it, which then detracts from my spiritual wellness because I begin to lose sight of everything is all okay. Right. Like I just Yeah, so thank you. Yeah.

I have a follow up question on that Tati about kukula African dance fitness because it blows me away. I mean, I’m not surprised because you were phenomenal that you’re the only certified instructor but what, like in all of Atlanta,

I’m not only active, certified, active. Yeah, but when I discovered that as well, I was like, Are you kidding me? In Atlanta, no one’s teaching kukula African dance fitness.

Okay, so tell us what it is. Tell us what it is and why like you chose it as your modality like why you’re drawn to it and what makes it different.

So kukula is actually the name of the founder, and she’s mama Kooks, Coach cooks. Miss ageless, she looks amazing. She’s been in the fitness industry all her life and has. She’s brilliant. She’s brilliant. And there’s the other master instructors. Coach Cass, she’s amazing. Coach Cree. And there was a pop up class here in Atlanta and coach Cass came through and I went and I was just like, I’m in love with these women. They have YouTube channels, and they do like, move your boom, see Mondays and things like that. And yeah, just amazing things. But what really came through to me aside from loving the movements, loving the music loving, like the words, the the words, the moves, they have meaning, you know, right, like there’s Cabrera, which means vibrant. So like as you’re doing this move, I do believe in that, like symbolism and connecting with my body in a way that somewhere deep down, it knows what it means. So I’m tapping in on an ancestral cellular level down in my DNA, which is way beyond whatever I can actually comprehend. Right? So all of that aside, they just have so much joy they are so you know, you were speaking about the children and just being in that joy and it’s like Coach castles always like just stay in your joy. Right? Like it’s everything comes back to you doing you and being in your joy because that is that luminescent essence, right like that spark is not defeated. How can it be defeated as constantly growing and evolving? Like it’s, it’s we are designed to win? Right? Like

soccer passes over mic drop, we are decided to win. We’re done. Okay. Hello, we got a couple of songs for you. Okay, we need a winning playlist. Let’s put that on my list of things. Christine. I love what you said though. And that’s just again, when I say spiritual wellness keeps me sane. It’s that is okay. I’m the underdog. Apparently, someone decided black woman’s supposed to be on the bottom. That’s not I know, that’s not what we’re having a conversation about. But again, if I’m the underdog in this story, and when you watch underdog movies, we know that they’re really the victors. What I realized a few years ago was what would happen if that person operated like they were the victim of the whole time. They were already victorious, even when they started as the underdog and thought they were the underdog. So what if you thought you were victorious. And ever since then, and when I’m President, that’s where I tried to stay. You talked about the luminosity and staying there, I try to remember that everything that is happening is for my good. And I can look at the trees and the birds and breathe a little bit and know that I can put down the things that I can’t control because it wasn’t in my hand anyways, you know? Yeah. And I love what you said too, about staying in your enjoy. Something I say a lot is that comparison is the thief of joy. Right? And so in the past few weeks, I’ve been thinking about I think I said it two days ago at work. And I realized, well people can choose to be any type of way they want. So choosing to actively stay in joy, I think is something that has been one of my spiritual wellness practices that I may have not been able to articulate specifically like that. But it’s it’s helped keep me centered and calmer in the storm of everything that’s been going Over the last few years

So Shayla glow it absolutely brings me joy just being able to, again, refocus, you know, as those daily habits other dad was putting the Shea logo on my feet, ankles, knees, my hips, my elbows, my spine, my shoulders, all the joints, right, because it’s great for circulation, arthritis, and as a practice I had gotten out of, and so just being able to give that time back to myself. And remember that you’re doing all these things, take care of all the projects and make sure that you take care of yourself too. So right now we are sold out. So I wanted I Shannon, you have a question because I wanted to ask Sati the question that we were talking about before was ahead. Okay. So I think when you are off track, like Shannon and I have been traveling, we have been taking care of family members. I was down sick for a couple of weeks when you’re off track from your regular practices of wellness. What do you do? What do you personally do and what do you recommend others do to get back in the groove to get back to optimum wellness, whether that spiritual wellness, physical wellness or any of the other dimensions?

It’s a wonderful question. I recently came out of a an office situation and you I’ll tell you what doesn’t work retreating. But I also say I’m not alone. And I know that’s what a lot of us tend to do, we get overwhelmed and we’ll retreat and remove ourselves. The first thing I would recommend is not beating yourself up, not being hard on yourself and recognizing that everything happens in due time. Again, back to remembering the spiritual wellness aspect. Going back to like Louise Hay, I’m a big fan of Louise Hay and I’ll play her affirmations constantly. So when I’m catching myself off track, like, Oh, have I been popping on my, my affirmations? Or am I letting the sounds of the world infiltrate my mind and taking away my focus? You know, so one of her affirmations that I say I repeat these things as I’m walking down the street, in my mind, sometimes out loud, sometimes I sing. Everything is working out for my highest good and my greatest delight. And I refocused I retrained, I programmed my mind to remember that. Now, when I forget that, you know, it’s again, it’s coming back to just listening to my body. It’s usually your body gives you signals, it will tell you when you’re beginning to get burned out, or it might whisper Hey, why don’t you do a dance right now. And then you might be like, Oh, I’m busy. I need to do this. I don’t have time for two minutes to dance. So really trying to take myself back to remembering how to listen to my body. She doesn’t want to scare me. Sometimes it’s just a matter of I need more water. But I didn’t have enough water that day. So now I’m like, Oh, the sky is falling. You know, have a Snickers bar have a water you’re good. Um,

I love that. I love that you do affirmations I’m a huge lease hay fan too. And I often introduce new clients to her. And just even that her very basic one of I love and approve of myself. And how many I know with folks I work with often how hard that one is to say to yourself, to believe about yourself, and how to me that’s like one of the basis is a basic basis basis is, I don’t know, it is a foundational let’s pick a whole new word. It is foundational for our wellness, that we love and approve of ourself. All right, I love what Klein says. I just asked myself why I’m craving spicy and you have to listen to your body.

Yes. Did you have a spicy tacos yesterday? She does Taco Tuesday. That’s something that she does for herself. But no, I love that. So you Christine, what do you do to to recenter. After travel, then different situations come up? Well,

Christine Gautreaux 28:01
I do some pretty practical things like I grounded myself by like, when I got home from this recent travel, I mean, one of the first things I do is throw all my clothes in the washing machine. And to me it’s like a smudging or a cleaning of my clothes. Like even if it’s it’s like it’s a process. It’s kind of a ritual I go through when I come home from travel, right? Because Have you ever noticed like you get home and it still smells of the place you’ve been. And so you’re not in the present moment like you’re in so I will do some cleansing of my space of myself. And then I really, I do things like I clean my house or I go walk and I always go outside and walk outside and I talk to my plans and I say hello and I see what’s blooming. And I just get really grounded and present in my in my environment. That’s the first thing I do to reset myself. And I’ve been paying attention to that a lot this week. Klein is saying no, I actually denied it. And cook jerk fish Man that sounds spicy and good. And also asked the question, do you ladies think ground with manmade grass

What do you think? Oh with man maker. i Oh, grounding. Yes. I think the intention like I think you can ground personally I did a grounding today sitting in my office. I was on the interplay class was an incredible she was actually one of our guest, Marla dirt. And she is doing this incredible new class on chakras and spiritual healing using interplay and starting we should put a link in and you should come join us it is right up your alley. Like you’d be like what I was there today like what why don’t everybody know about this class but We were laying on the floor in or sitting in our chairs, and she walked us through a meditation that that grounded us, right where we were. So I’m gonna say yes to that Saudi and Shannon, what do you think?

I say yes. For me. It’s about being intentional about the ground that’s under me. So no matter where you are, of course, so under you, you know, so absolutely start where you are. The first thing I thought of being a band nerd is, is there a real soil underneath the fake grass? You know, or is it like what depends on what type of artificial turf it is? But outside of that, yeah, I would say is the intention for and you being still planting your feet on the ground or your hands on the or Christine was laying on the ground laying on the ground. And that might not physically be outside, but the physical motions and the presence and being intentional being there. I feel like it’s what grounds you because again, we’re talking about our spirit, right spiritual wellness, it doesn’t necessarily have to be physically touching skin to Earth. Even though I think it would be, it would be more beneficial. Just like anything, the closer to nature, the closer to actual grass, I think that it would have added benefits, but I don’t think that it hurts if you can’t get there.

Yeah, I’m similar to Shannon I was reminded of, you know, the anime series Avatar The Last Airbender. And so a little girl that earthbender I forget her name right now. But, um, when she discovered she could bend metal, because there’s Earth in the metal, like, I mean, she could do whatever, because

Yeah, so yeah, that the earth is in everything. And I like to think you know, even in my apartment, there’s wooden beams underneath this floor. Like that’s, you know what that’s worth, but yeah, I think, yeah, the closer you are to it, sure. The stronger the vibration, but yeah.

Right. And I also think it depends on what you’re looking for, like Christine was talking about being grounded in her environment. Right. We talked about joy that reminds me of, I believe her name is Marie from Netflix. And she’s like organizing people’s home and the first thing she does is like, kneel on the floor and show gratitude for the space.

So yeah, just I think it depends on what type of grounding you’re looking to do is it grounded it into your environment, grounded to the Earth itself, but I think they all work even for me, like, if I can’t, if my shoes aren’t off, if I’m at work, I need to recenter myself, it’s the 10 deep breaths. I don’t even know if I always get all the way to 10. But just being intentional about the inhale and exhale helps recenter me. I hope that answered your question, Klein, go ahead and sati.

And just You just reminded me, Shannon, as far as going back to what what we can do, right? When we’re going through those things, gratitude, gratitude, there’s always something to be grateful for. And I’d like to think of a pretty solid gratitude practice. But just the other day a colleague was like, I like the way I sleep. Like, I like the way I sleep, too. I’m grateful for how I can’t believe I didn’t pay attention to that, like I love to like curl. And you know, so there’s always something to come back to be grateful for and that will instantly shift.

And when you say that, I love that. So it I used to have I don’t remember years ago, y’all maybe too young for this. But remember when Oprah got she really got into gratitude. And she we used to have gratitude journals like it was it I mean, it’s probably been 20 years that it was a new thing, right? Where you really wrote down your gratitude. And I think in the journal I had, it was like five in the morning and five in the evening. And it really when you did that much of it, it brought you down to every day. Simple things. Like I remember I used to have this potato peeler that I was so grateful for. I don’t know where it ended up. It’s really makes me sad. I think my sister may have taken it. But that’s a whole nother story. Sorry, Katie. But, you know, I love that potato peeler. Because it was simple. It wasn’t anything like I think I got it for $1 at a yard sale somewhere. But it functioned and it made my life easier. And I love the way it felt in my hand and because I was really present in that moment with that thing or what I was doing or you know, so yeah, yes to more gratitude. Absolutely.

Absolutely. And when we think about, again, the spiritual especially because one of the rules, if I’m, maybe there’s supposed to be rules for gratitude lists, but I know it’s not supposed to be things like my water bottle, right? I’m grateful for material items. It’s more like, I’m grateful for the ability to drink clean water anytime I want to, you know, so for me, the, and I’m not discounting what you said, Christine, but what I hear you saying is the joy that you had in that moment, you know, the ease that the access to the tool was able to bring your life instead of what you would have had to do if you had not found that amazing potato peeler for $1. So I know for me, when it goes to overthinking about the situations I’m in, right, we’re talking about how crazy the world is what’s been going on, if I go back to what I am grateful for, and what’s been working well for me, and the things that have happened that have been amazing, that are outside of my control that I never would have been able to plan. That’s my spiritual relationship and trusting that everything happens for my good. That I feel like that’s why it helps me so much. For me, getting rescinded after this after a trip I like to unpack that’s like me, and I just started doing this, okay, but it’s me, like mentally unpacking everything, okay, on pack, put everything back where it’s supposed to be, and then start fresh. Or if it’s me unpacking from a day, that’s when I’m heavier on the self care, you know, so I may do a facial, or I may absolutely make sure that I stretch and do the shallow glow and floss, use the Waterpik, use a toothbrush, do all the steps of all the things because I make sure I do that for other people. But if anything slips is usually those things for myself. So if there’s a really heavy day, and I feel like things have dipped into the bucket, whether it’s me holding space for people, or the way somebody was towards me that I felt like could have been different. Well, I can’t do anything about that. This is what I have control over. Let me pour into myself a little bit more. So depending on what the day is, might change what that looks like. But I’m intentional about doing that.

What about, and I have this question for you. Sati. Before we go to our wisdom and action, we talk about self care, right? So we’ve talked about what we do to recenter and to, to stay dancing and stay in our joy, how do you support your community and stay? Let’s say how do you support your community in a healthy way, when it comes to spiritual wellness while you’re still considering your own? At the same moment?

What? So, again, I’m going back to presence. You know, for example, I was kind of caught up like, Oh, what are we going to talk about today alone, my mind was getting going into all of this. And I was just like, it’ll come out when it comes out. You know, you can’t say the wrong thing to the right, people, just like you can’t say the right thing to the wrong people. There’s nothing, I have no control over how anyone is going to take anything like you said, you know, so I have to come back into my space and presence. And you know, these words are wonderful, especially as women, it’s important for us to connect and commune and share that energy, but it’s an energy, it’s a frequency. So honestly, by our presence alone is enough. You know, so showing up in my full authentic being, is what I have found and have heard has been very receptive. So like when I do my black women empowerment gatherings, it’s a matter of holding space. And what I the feedback I get is that people just feel these women just feel safe, to express in ways that they might not have felt like they could. And it’s just a matter of I think it’s just because I’m holding presence. I’m not doing anything differently. So I feel that’s the biggest way of support, but I’m also really silly I also really like to remind us to not take something seriously.

No Sati I have a question because you know, an interplay we have the phrase recovering serious person, were you ever serious? Like are you a recovering serious person? Or you’ve just lead with joy your whole life?

I would, I would say I’ve learned with doing my own I have joy would be the undercurrent, right. But I’ve had my moments right like I’ve slipped in I’ve had to pull myself back I’m still in this world, like all of us. I’m I’ve been brainwashed and programmed. I’m working on my confidence and things like that all the time. But that undercurrent of joy, I think has always been there. Just I mean, because it’s life is really kind of funny. Yeah, like there’s a lot to actually really find humorous. It’s not so This area’s

Is it ever. Like if you’re looking for beauty and you’re looking for humor, it is almost like well, now it is at our fingertips. I wanted to lift up clients comment client says I never unpacked I believe because I’m not ready to be back. I like having the vacation with me opposite of you all still allowing myself to be relaxed in my space slowly going back to home. Yeah. That’s the beauty, right? You get to decide when you reset, you get to decide. And I love that too about, I think about when I go to the beach, you know how you always bring back shells, and they smell a little bit, but it just takes you right back to that moment. Oh, I love that I am loving this conversation, y’all. I am so grateful. What’s bubbling up for me is, you know, often I think we put unrealistic expectations on ourselves on all the aspects of wellness sometimes, right? Like we should be doing it this way, or this many hours of this or this really, and what I’m really hearing and feeling this conversation is showing up being present. And being in the moment is key to our spiritual wellness.

I think that it is, I think that it is because if I look at the past, hindsight can be 2020. Right? So I might find joy in situations that made me sad when they happen. But it’s also kind of removed, you know, the future is unknown. So that might cause some angst. Even though looking forward to being an international author on the Amazon bestseller list, we can put all these things out, hey, a little dance for that, right? So we can we can think about those things. But it’s not here yet right now. And so like you said, it’s it reminds me to right now the trees are fine, you know, the birds are fine, they’re not worried about where they’re going to eat or where they’re gonna go. And in every moment, no matter what happened in the past, or what’s going to happen in the next second. We’re still here, our presence is enough, like you said, and showing up authentically as our full self. Even before the words that we speak is all we need to do. You know when that before the budget before the making sure we remember what day it is and the birthdays and the outfit to wear and the pose for the picture and all this stuff. You just being you is what you’re supposed to do. So looks like you’re on track. That’s what helps me stay calm and not. So rush, rush, rush, go, go go gotta reach the goals and just keep going. It’s like, we’ll just sit here for a second. Let there be bugs, because bugs are part of the system too, you know, and then be over here in your part and safe space for you. Yeah, yeah. Where were you gonna say,

Oh, you reminded me of two things. One, I remember. You know, like, be your own guru. But you break down guru as an acronym like G you are you. And owning that like, like no one else can do it like no one, literally no one else can be a better you than you like at all. And you can’t be anybody else. So really owning that. And what that means, like when we speak of like our goddess hood, or our queendom like, what does that call it that with that power comes that responsibility? And the other thing was it this is a fun thing. My benefactor told me and I I’ve played with it. So a little tip, I guess with joy when we’re talking about the present moment you write the past is no longer here the future we don’t know about flipping the script, how about we imagine the past to be what we want it to be. And remember the future call in that which you desire. When we speak of things like law of attraction, and everything’s there. This is an abundant world and all of this. It’s like, maybe there’s something with our thoughts. Maybe this god goddess universal force, who really is caring for us and taking care of everything. And with that, then I can imagine the past to not be the story that I’m playing over and over in my head. I can rewrite that to be something that was supportive of me and encouraging to me. And instead of like fearing or worrying about the future, how can I remember it? It’s actually already out there. It’s finding me just like I’m finding it. We’re coming together. And so yeah.

No, thank you. I’m so glad you said that because I think I think that I have done both of those. And again, that’s why I love when we connected and wisdom. I know it’s my forum, but I genuinely enjoy being here with you ladies too. Because that’s so important. You know, I talked about the list of lies that I believed about my life. And when I wrote them out, I’ve found out Oh, I didn’t have less female Let’s say guidance because I didn’t know my mom for 12 years really, I had more of a variety that somebody might have because I had more women here, you know, so is the opposite of what I had been telling myself. And I can tell you one of my friends, Michael Kass, he told me about writing out your perfect day. So my my day do at Top Golf for my Christmas present this year, gave me a notebook and I decided it was going to be my perfect day journal. So I titled it a day in the life of a prodigious accumulator of wealth, okay, and it’s like me writing my perfect days, though I have the day I’m gonna get out of debt. It’s gonna be raining. You’re supposed to write all your senses and stuff. What does it smell like? What does it feel like? And so I want to think about you when I write down my my days that I’m writing out and remembering those things so I can bring them to fruition.

I love it. You’re saying that sanity? Did y’all see? And I know we’ve got to start to ramp and go towards them in action. But I’m like, Willie Nelson is coming into this space, like so I’m going to put the link to that video because I just saw it yesterday. And I was cracking up like I was like, Alright, now come on. And, and it’s interesting, because I’m there. We could talk about manifesting how different people feel about it right clients, so I didn’t see a client, I need to go watch it. But we talk about manifestation Mondays, right? This is a group of female entrepreneurs. Again, we’ve been talking for four years. When I started, I was not an entrepreneur, I did not have a business I was part of a network marketing business, or was going to join it while I started I can’t remember which one came first. I think I was part of it already. But you are not necessarily entrepreneur if you’re a network marketer because you don’t have your own LLC it’s not yours right. Realize that in this group. And now I have two businesses you know, so yes, I have a job we’re working on the financial plan but once you think about what you want what you see for yourself and having a community around you to support that is a beautiful thing. So I’m thankful to be a connection with you ladies.
