Felecia Frayall is proof that it is possible to pursue passion and fulfill purpose.  An Atlanta, Georgia, native, Felecia
takes pride in her role as a mentor to at-risk and misguided teens.  A teen mother at the tender age of fifteen, Felecia overcame every obstacle presented by society. Felecia attended the Unsinkable Albany State University, as a
first-generation college student. During her tenure at Albany State, Felecia served her student body through various leadership positions in Student Government Association. She also pledged the Delta Rho Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Furthermore, while studying for her undergraduate degree, Felecia founded her nonprofit, D.I.V.A.S. Mentoring Program, Inc., in 2009, with the intention to share, motivate, and enlighten teens about life’s realities through mentoring initiatives. In 2013, Felecia graduated Albany State University with a bachelor’s degree in Middle-Grade Education. In 2015, Felecia received her master’s in Special Education from her beloved alma mater and is striving to obtain her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership.

Felecia takes pride in assisting others with creating their legacy with her consulting company, Leading Legacies Empowerment Services, LLC. Felecia has been featured on both news and radio stations for her philanthropic efforts. This amazing wife and mother of three continues to strive to bridge the gap between the community and the schools located within the community.
