Chartisia Griffin is the owner of  Diamond Shine Enterprise.  She is an accomplished Toastmaster and has been a Grassroots Organizer with several different C3 Georgia organizations over the last six years as well as a committed, volitional worker throughout the city of  Atlanta.  Uplifting and contributing to the community is more than her passion; it is her lifestyle.  

Being the CEO of a commercial and residential cleaning business has been beneficial and landed a foundation for her employees and family. The work done in the community has been the starting point of success at home and within the business. Currently, servicing the Gwinnett County area, she has been working with an organization to help convicts reacclimate to society with an opportunity to learn the business and have consistent hours so they can become independent when the time arrives.  

Chartisia’s grassroots and humble beginnings created the success that has been able to provide jobs and be the boss employees don’t mind working for. At Diamond Shine Enterprises LLC, she has been creating generational wealth by also employing family members to become part of the overall goal of helping every customer leave with the Diamond Shine.
