Carolyn Renée Morris, affectionately known as
“Carolyn Renée,” is a mother,
Certified InterPlay Leader, Artist, and Wellness Educator. Her unconventional path to uncovering her creative gifts
was studying with renowned writers, storytellers, musicians, and actors. After developing her craft, she went on to write stories, songs, and plays and co-produce
her own one-woman play, Womb Creations: Journey to Love, Catalyst for Change, directed by Hilda Willis of Living Your Art. With a grant from the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs, Carolyn Renée wrote her second play, The Mother Daughter Dialogues, which led her to organize a series of circles for mothers and daughters to engage in dialogue circles throughout Atlanta, Georgia. Today she builds collaborations with other powerful women at the intersection of art and wellness, changing lives one project at a time through her nonprofit Women Helping Others Advance (WHOA).
